Creating Art doesn't happen in a vacuum

I am constantly inspired by the people and the world around me, and honestly have trouble keeping track of it all. Like most of us- we have phones filled with pictures of things that make us smile, laugh, that shock us, and surprise us. We take pictures and screenshots of images and moments that we plan to come back to later, and so rarely do, myself included. Artists have a responsibility to take all the inspiration of the world around us and make something of it. To capture the feelings and messages of the millions of photos on phones, and moments that don't get captured and let anybody who cares to view your work share in that experience. 

Below you will find many of the sources of my inspiration for the various themes that are followed in my work. Like I mentioned art doesn't happen in a vacuum, and I am happy to share my inspiration with you all, in the many forms that it can be found.
